What is Electrolysis?

Electrolysis treats individual hairs using a fine sterile probe. A current is applied to the base of the follicle which will disable future growth.

Is it permanent?

Yes. Electrolysis is the only method that is allowed to advertise as permanent hair removal.

Cooling Gel

We use a cooling gel prior to treatment, this keeps discomfort at a minimal level.

Does it hurt?

Electrolysis has advanced greatly over the years, which means the treatment is far more comfortable for our clients.

How long will it take?

This depends on many factors such as skin type, hair type, hormones and age.

What Hair Types can be treated?

Electrolysis is not dependent on hair colour, so blonde, white, red, grey, red and dark hair can all be treated. This is one of the key advantages over laser, which relies on pigment to work.
